07 January 2007 :Main website launched . Eccomerce and support sections still incomplete. Estimated completion 15th March 2007.
07 March 2007 : Due to work commitments the E-commerce and support sections of the website will be delayed till later in the year.
07 May 2007 : After feedback from customers we are currently evaluating opening a retail outlet for domestic customers and an office/training facility for business customers. Further news shortly.
23 May 2007 : Premises have been aquired for the retail shop and this should all being well open on the 1st July. As well as the retail shop we will be offering repair facilities for pc, Apple mac and consumer electronics such as televisions, hi-fi equipment etc. The shop is in Chorley, Lancashire. Full details will follow shortly.
23 June 2007 :1 Stop Tech shop will open on the 2nd July 2007 at 46 Moor Road, Chorley, Lancashire. PR7 2LN Tel. 01257 249979. New website will launch on the 8th July at www.1stoptechshop.co.uk. PJR Micro Ltd has also moved to the new address at 46 Moor Road.
24 July 2007 : The new shop is buzzing with business which means that the website at 1stoptechshop.co.uk is behind schedule but will hopefully be finished in the next couple of months. Due to sheer weight of business our second broadband connection should be going in this week (as soon as BT can find some room on Chorley exchange) so we will soon have an eclipse connections and one from virgin media. Our websites have also moved to a shiny new server this week. We are also working on a number of websites for our customers which is delaying our website even further. Pretty much if you can plug it in then we can repair it eg. tv, video, dvd, audio equipment, pc's, apple mac's etc. We will hopefully have an online shop in place on the 1stop domain before the end of the year when we can fit it in.

8 September 2007 : Both 1 Stop Tech shop and PJR Micro have been very very busy this month. Pretty much a month of out at 7am and home at 10pm. The eclipse broadband connection has been cancelled as according to them BT still can't fix a fault at Chorley exchange. Instead the Virgin media connection is being updated to a faster speed. 20mb is available in our area so should keep us going for a while. Some script kiddie at a university tried to hack the website again this week according to the firewall logs. Several more complaints about a local competitor wanting to charge people ridiculous prices to fix their laptops. One customer was quoted £120 for a job which we completed for him at £40. He was over the moon and has been in 3 times since to thank us again. As in any industry it is sad that there are still people trying to make a quick buck by trying to fleece the consumer. We now have our professional computing association quality assurance certificate proudly displayed in the shop. Built a couple of high end games machines on the new Intel 6600 quad core GO and they are extremely quick of the starting block. Vista service pack 1 and XP service pack 3 are nearly with us. The 1 stop tech shop website is getting more and more behind schedule but we will try and get some updates done this next month if time permits. We have several new cases in stock including a full acrylic case with an optional clear top power supply. We have recieved a few enquiries about linux machines this month so nice to see that open source is alive and kicking
