We are able to satisfy all your IT support needs. As a main stockist for Maxtor, Seagate, IBM, Epson, Belkin, Relisys, AMD, Intel, Logotech, Pioneer, Lite-on, Epson and many other companies we are able to offer a wide range of software and hardware services. We can offer advice on any aspect of pc or network operation and usability and wont try and sell you services that you don't need. Accessories include Processors, mainboards, cases, speakers, keyboards,mice, latest case mods (flashing fans,neon's,laser led's etc), cd re-writers, dvd writers, dvd-rom, cd drives etc

 
Support Services

We offer a range of support services either on a per usage basis or on a contract basis. Contract periods are usually for 12 months although they can be tailored for a customers Individual needs or response times

 

We offer 4 main types of support and these can be supplied in a number of ways. Usually a support contract would encompass 1 or more of these options.

  1. Telephone support - This can encompass a number of areas and can be tailored to suit your exacting requirements and availability times. We can also arrange specific software product support either through a 3rd party or directly with PJRMicro.
  2. Email support - This again can encompass a number of areas and products
  3. Remote computer support - This is the most popular support method at the moment as it usually allows a quick fix without the need for a site visit. Using custom written software this allows us to resolve issues in close liaison with a customer. We can both see the issues as they occur and resolve them, often after hours to reduce any impact on the smooth running of your business.
  4. Onsite or collect and deliver - We offer a number of onsite or collect and deliver options. These can include regular preventative maintenance site visits or on call basis.

As each customer requirements are different then we would tailor a support agreement specifically to your requirements.

 

Example: A company has a small office with 5 user pc's and an Apple Mac OSX Tiger server with a pc based mail server.

A 12 month maintenance contract could consist of a monthly half day site visit and up to 6 unscheduled visits. Telephone, email and remote support could also be included to fix minor issues with expediency. In fact apart from hardware failure the majority of issues could be resolved either via remote or telephone support.
